Rockpool: olive wood and mermaid resin

A round board in olive wood with a river of mermaid resin running across it. Lower down, the olive breaks into knots and hollows, and the resin fills them like water left behind by the tide. The olive grain is dense and wildly figured, and no two boards are anything alike.
