1. Returns & Refunds

Each piece is handmade to order or one of a kind. We want you to love what you buy — if something arrives damaged or not as described, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

As all pieces are unique handmade items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please read product descriptions carefully and get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions.

For bespoke or personalised orders, returns cannot be accepted once work has commenced.
