Brushstroke: walnut and emerald lux resin serving / display board

Walnut (30 x 18cm), pale sapwood with a dark streak of heartwood sweeping across it, edged with flecks and dashes that look as if they were put there with a loaded brush. Along one side, a band of emerald lux resin, a smoky green-grey with a fine gold-green shimmer. It's the walnut that does the talking on this one. A good size for cheese for two, or propped up on a shelf where it can be admired between uses.

Finished with Odie's oil: a food-safe, solvent-free wood finish that nourishes and protects both wood and resin, bringing out the natural beauty in every curve and swirl.
