The Jewel Collection: Ocean (gift boxed)

Part of the Jewel Collection, a series of small format works where wood and resin meet in 15cm square.
Two fragments of olive root sit in a sea of deep cobalt blue, the resin swirling with its own quiet movement. The wood has natural fissures and texture that the blue makes more dramatic rather than less.
The kind of piece that looks different every time you glance at it.
